Who runs this site?

Engine & Agent AI is a trading name of Illuminate Endeavours Inc. Questions about this policy go to support@engineandagent.com.

What information do you collect?

Only what you type into one of our two forms, or send us by email.

We don’t ask for passwords, payment details or confidential client information, and please don’t send them.

Do you use cookies or trackers?

No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. It isn’t used for advertising or to follow you across sites.

Because we don’t track you across sites, there is nothing for your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting to switch off. No third party collects personal information on this site to track you over time.

What does your web host see?

Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t use that data to identify you.

How do you use my information?

• To prepare your free snapshot, if you asked for one.
• To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
• To keep a record of our conversation if you become a client.

We don’t use it for anything else.

Do AI tools see my information?

Yes, in part, because our work is done by AI agents. The agents read your request to prepare your snapshot and draft our reply. They run on Anthropic (Claude).

To build a snapshot, we type questions about your type of business, your city and your business name into public AI tools and search engines, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google. We never type your personal name, email address or message into those tools.

Do you sell or share my information?

We never sell it. We share it only with the services that run this site and our work, or when the law requires it:

• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form submissions and forwards mail sent to support@engineandagent.com.
• Google (Gmail) is our email provider. Cloudflare forwards mail sent to support@engineandagent.com to our team Gmail inbox, engineandagentai@gmail.com. For now, our replies also come from that Gmail address.
• Anthropic (Claude) runs the AI agents that read your request and draft our reply.

Where is my information stored?

In three places:

• Cloudflare: form submissions, in our Cloudflare account.
• Our email inbox: our team Gmail inbox at Google. Mail you send to support@engineandagent.com lands there, and so do our replies to you.
• Our working files: the notes and drafts we keep on our owner’s computer while we prepare your snapshot or reply, or do work you asked for.

How long do you keep it?

• Form submissions in Cloudflare: 12 months. Our system then deletes them automatically.
• Copies in our email inbox and working files: only as long as we need them to reply to you or do the work, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
• If you become a client: we keep what we need for the work for as long as we work together, and business records for as long as the law requires.

How do I ask you to delete my information?

Email support@engineandagent.com from the address you used, or tell us which address it was, and ask us to delete it. Your request covers every copy we hold: your form submissions in Cloudflare, our emails with you in our inbox and our working files. We’ll delete them all and confirm by email when it’s done. If you’re a client, we keep only the business records the law requires.

Is this site meant for children?

No. This site is for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Will this policy change?

If what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
